The lyrics are more important in Christian music- the Christian music lyric does a number of things for us.

The music itself is still important, and usually positive and upbeat, but the lyrics take on an even greater role than in other modern music, because they affirm our beliefs and help us feel more like "one body" (the Church).

Christian Lyrics Online has a huge collection of lyrics. Impressive.
Christian Song Lyrics is a bit prettier in site design, but was slow when I checked it out.
