Acupuncture
SALE: I will wave the $40 Initial Exam fee for anyone who pays for 3 appointments at the $85 price when they schedule or come in for their first appointment. So then you would only be paying the regular fee of $85 for your first appointment.

Acupuncture uses a variety of techniques, including placing very thin sterile needles into specific points on the body, to stimulate and improve your Qi flow. Cupping
Cupping has been a part of Chinese Medicine for over 2,500 years. It relieves aches and pains, improves circulation, and also helps with respiratory and digestive issues. I simply place a specialized "cup" onto specific points on your body, and then use suction to draw your skin up into the cups. It doesn't hurt — it simply draws fresh blood to that area of your body, which facilitates the cleansing and strengthening of your Qi (energy). The end result is a greater overall sense of health and well-being.
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is applied to help tight muscles relax, move lymphatics, and help people to destress.
I perform Swedish Therapeutic Massage, with intensities of Light pressure for sensitive individuals, Medium pressure, Firm pressure and Deep tissue for tougher individuals.
I also perform Foot Reflexology as a modality of Massage Therapy. Foot Reflexology works on the Zones of the feet that represent different areas of the body. Reflexology is Not a foot massage. Reflexology feels more intense on the feet. A Foot Reflexology session usually lasts a whole hour to really work on all the zones of the feet efficiently. I charge $59 for a 1 hour Foot Reflexology session. it's $39 if you only want a half hour Reflexology session.
